Q: So...what's this all about?

A: Roar Lions Roar is a site dedicated to Penn State sports. Store Lions Store is a store dedicated to a site dedicated to Penn State sports. Welcome!

Q: What is different about RLR products and why should I buy them?

A: They're super comfortable, slimming tri-blend shirts and hoodies with printed tags. No clunky, beefy tees, and no neck-scratching tags. In other words, the complete opposite of the uncomfortable, low quality merchandise you find elsewhere. You should buy them because merchandise is how we make a little beer money running Roar Lions Roar. Unless you want to click on those annoying Taboola ads a few thousand times, buying a shirt is the best way to support Roar Lions Roar.

Q: I ordered a shirt. Where is it?

A: When you order, you'll receive a confirmation email with an order number. You will receive another email when we print the postage, which means you'll have your item shortly thereafter.

Q: Why didn't I get the shipping conformation email?

A: Because your item hasn't been sent yet. Please keep in mind that this isn't Amazon Prime. Shipping times may vary from a few days to a few weeks, depending on inventory and volume of pending orders. Basically, keep in mind that our shipping department is one guy with a real job and three kids. Sometimes it takes a while. Sorry.

If we are running a pre-sale, or if we create a new design after a big Penn State win, it'll take a few weeks to get your shirt. That's because we have to order from our vendor, who needs time to individually print the shirts. He sends them to us, then we have to fulfill 150+ orders while also tending to Real Life Responsibilities. You can always ask us about shipping times, before or after you order, by sending an email to chris@roarlionsroar.com.

Q: I ordered the wrong size. What should I do?

A: Email chris@roarlionsroar.com. We'll do our best to get you the proper size. If we happen to be out of the size you need, we'll be happy to refund your money or offer you a different product. We'll work it out. We always do. Also, consult the sizing guide next time. You can find a link to it on the store's front page.

Q: I don't like the product you sent me. I'm mad online. I know this isn't an actual question.

A: If you're unhappy with your order...well, we don't know what to do. You'd be the first unhappy customer. Contact us and we'll fix it.

Q: I'm a bigger person and your store only offers up to 2XL. Can I order something bigger?

A: Sure, however, please keep in mind that it'll take a while because we don't keep 3XL's and 4XL's on hand. That means we will include your special order the next time we get shirts from our vendor. If you want to order a 3XL or 4XL, email us first so we can go over the options and details with you.

Q: Do you still have a particular design in my size? I can't seem to order it from the store.

A: Probably not. We do our best to keep inventory current on the store. Sometimes it gets thrown off because someone won a site contest, or returned an item for a different size. If you order something and we don't have it, we'll contact you quickly and apologize profusely.
